Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Ground Control Segment Senior Staff Systems Engineer to lead the Mux TAC AIR ground control segment architecture, design, integration and verification, coordinating with multi-disciplinary engineering, manufacturing, and program teams at Melbourne, FL; Linthicum, MD; or San Diego, CA.

You will own rack level hardware design, develop and release drawings and BOMs, lead HMI development and flight-test support, and serve as the primary technical interface to customers

Qualifications

• Must have a technical engineering degree with extensive experience in ground segment architectures.
• Proven ability to lead small multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with customers.
• Experience with documentation, BOMs, and configuration changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and verification of the Mux TACAIR ground control segment and maintain architecture documentation.
• Own rack level design, including layout, power, cooling, interfaces, and manufacturability; release drawings and BOMs.
