Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior-most technical leader from Tredence within the GCP partner ecosystem for Data Engineering and AI solutions.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Tredence’s GCP-based accelerators and frameworks—right from ideation to delivery and go-to-market execution with GCP field teams.

• Collaborate directly with Google Cloud Product, Sales, and Partner Engineering teams to stay ahead of new offerings, solution plays, and market trends.

• Architect and lead the development of data modernization, AI/ML, and analytics solutions using GCP services and open-source frameworks.

• Guide internal engineering and presales teams to align delivery strategies with GCP’s Data & AI product roadmap.

• Develop reference architectures, PoCs, and technical solution kits to drive joint GTM with GCP sellers and partner ecosystem.

• Act as a technical evangelist for Tredence within the GCP community, showcasing innovations and driving field-level enablement.

• Establish strong executive-level relationships with Google Cloud partner teams and key ISV partners within the ecosystem.

• Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, and external speaking engagements in partnership with GCP.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in data engineering, cloud solution architecture, or technical leadership roles, including 5+ years working on Google Cloud Platform.

• Deep expertise in GCP Data & AI services, including but not limited to:

• BigQuery, Looker, Dataproc, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI, AI Platform, Dataplex, Cloud Composer, Spanner, Firestore, Bigtable, and Analytics Hub.

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering end-to-end data pipelines, ML pipelines, and real-time data processing on GCP.

• Proven track record of building and taking data and AI accelerators to market in collaboration with cloud hyperscaler sales and partner teams (preferably GCP).

• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, Google Cloud Marketplace, and co-selling motions with GCP.

• Excellent executive presence, with the ability to engage and influence at the Director/VP level across Tredence, Google Cloud, and partner organizations.

• Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer and/or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong familiarity with GCP’s industry-specific solutions (e.g., retail data lakehouse architectures, supply chain AI, financial services data mesh, etc.).

• Experience working with Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program and other partner incentive models.

• Background in leading multi-functional teams including data engineers, ML engineers, and cloud architects.

• Experience with cost governance (FinOps) and performance tuning of large-scale cloud-native data solutions.

Key Success Metrics:

• Number of GCP-aligned accelerators developed and successfully adopted by field and delivery teams.

• GTM pipeline influence and co-sell wins with GCP sellers across regions.

• Strategic partnerships and alliances enabled within the GCP Data & AI partner ecosystem.

• Enablement impact: number of workshops, technical sessions, and field training programs delivered with GCP.
