Job summary

Con Edison is seeking a Systems Specialist, GCP Platform Engineer within Enterprise Data & Analytics to drive Google Cloud Platform initiatives for AI and analytics.

You will partner with development and solution engineering teams, ensuring solutions follow platform standards and governance, and you may step into hands-on development as needed. This role includes backlog ownership, roadmap coordination, and cost and data governance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert for Google Cloud Platform stack in AI & analytics.
• Partner with development and solution engineering teams to ensure solutions align with platform standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy platform backlog driven by user engagement and feedback.
• Coordinate the platform feature roadmap and manage prioritization and scheduling for feature enablement.
• Design and implement cost trend reports for the financial operations team and monitor data quality and governance.
• Contribute to platform data architecture decisions in collaboration with the platform data architect.
• Step into hands-on development work when needed.
