This role focuses on building robust data lakehouse architectures and cloud-native pipelines for enterprise clients in the EU region.

You will design, optimize, and operate end-to-end data pipelines, implement governance and security practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with dbt and Airflow orchestration.
• Strong Python programming skills and PySpark-based processing.
• Experience designing data lakehouse solutions and BigQuery optimizations.
• Familiar with IAM, RBAC/ABAC, policy tagging and DLP.
• Experience with CI/CD and IaC using Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining Lakehouse Gold and Platinum layers.
• Building and optimizing data transformation workflows using dbt and PySpark.
• Designing, scheduling, and monitoring data pipelines with Airflow.
• Improving BigQuery performance and supporting FinOps initiatives.
• Managing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions.
• Supporting cloud security and data governance practices, including IAM and DLP.
• Working with Dataplex for data management and governance.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
