Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps leader to drive our GCP strategy and architecture. You will mentor teams, align technology with business goals, and collaborate with security, product, and engineering to accelerate platform adoption.

You will establish an automation-first culture, implement IaC with Terraform, and oversee multi-region deployments and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud infrastructure programs at scale.
• Proven ability to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Strong collaboration with security, governance and networking teams.
• GCP certifications preferred and actively maintained.
• IaC and Terraform experience required or strongly preferred.

Cloud Infrastructure (GCP)

Oversee scalable, secure, and highly available systems on GCPManagement of Google Resources (Compute Engine, GKE, VPC, Cloud Storage, VertexAI, BigQuery, GCS etc. )Implement and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using TerraformDrive multi-region and disaster recovery strategies

Security & Compliance

Partner with security, governance, and networking teams for infrastructure setup & maintenance

Cost Optimization (FinOps)

Drive cloud cost governance and optimization strategiesImplement monitoring, budgeting, and rightsizing practicesImprove cost visibility and accountability across teams
