GCO Senior Risk Advisory Manager I (Enterprise Wholesale & Wealth Technology)

This role is responsible for ensuring effective first-line risk management within the Enterprise Payments and Wholesale Technology teams. It offers an opportunity to leverage extensive technology and risk management experience to align activities with sound risk practices and the Truist Risk Appetite Framework.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Engaging in risk management activities, proactively identifying and evaluating risks, and supporting mitigation strategies.
  2. Leading a team of risk advisors to execute operational and enterprise risk programs.
  3. Assisting leadership in risk assessment, control, and communication related to business processes.
  4. Supporting change activities, audit, and regulatory compliance efforts.
  5. Providing ongoing communication with leadership regarding risk trends and issues.
  6. Collaborating with the GCO Risk Program team to implement risk management activities.
  7. Coaching and developing risk advisory team members.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, at least seven years of risk management experience in financial services, and five years of leadership experience. Strong knowledge of banking technology, risk processes, and regulatory requirements is essential.
