Schedule: Tues-Sat, Tues-Fri 16:00-00:30 / Sat 18:30-03:00

Location: US - WORLDPORT FREIGHT FACILITY (KYSVL) - NOT REMOTE

Responsibilities
  • The Capacity Management Senior Associate provides high-quality customer service via telephone to internal and external customers.
  • This role handles non-package volume, assists with operational needs, problem resolution, and data analysis.
  • Works closely with air and truck operations on prioritization and movement of non-package products within the UPS network.
  • Supports projects and reports as needed, collaborates with customer service centers and Gateways to provide logistic solutions.
  • Evaluates, routes, and communicates freight holding in SDF after the 1DA sort.
  • Follows up on outbound routings via load planners, air hub, and E2K to ensure plan integrity.
  • Processes customer requests for bookings, shipment tracing, and provides accurate information about Air Cargo Service, North American Air Freight, and USPS volumes.
