Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions seeks a GCCS COP Manager to support CENTCOM at MacDill AFB. You will operate GCCS-J terminals, manage the COP, and coordinate theater data in a 24/7 watch environment.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in GCCS, TS/SCI clearance, and expert knowledge of joint C2 systems, COP/CTP management, and related tools. Travel to AOR countries may be required; familiarity with RMF and cross-domain solutions is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of GCCS experience and active TS/SCI clearance.
• Expert knowledge of Joint operations, GCCS-J, Agile Client, and COP/CTP management.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, STEs/VoIP/VTC, and tactical data links (Link-16, Link-11).
• Ability to travel to AOR countries and present to senior defense personnel.

Job description

Job Description Overview BlueWater Federal is looking for a GCCS COP Manager to support CENTCOM at MacDill AFB. As a GCCS COP Manager, you will operate Global Command and Control System -Joint (GCCS-J) terminals using SA synchronization tools, software applications such as Agile Client and Google Earth, and C2 personal computer gateways to manage the USCENTCOM COP.

• Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of GCCS FoS applications.
• Perform as a SME level GCCS-J COP Manager as part of a 24/7 watch team, directing theater joint track/data coordination and manages the theater-wide GCCS-J COP database.
• Manage the COP across several US and Coalition networks and responds to high priority tasking, to include C2 product development.
• Implement and operate GCCS COP architectures to support exercises and real world JTF operations and contingencies, facilitates the integration of all available sensor data from theater GCCS-J COP Correlation Sites (CCS) and supplemental data from outside sources.
• Provide operational and technical support of Battlespace Situational Awareness information and coordinate data link interfaces with CCS.
• Implement and evaluate operations, maintenance, and training procedures across multiple areas including GCCS-J COP directives, TTPs, joint training publications, COP skill sets and functions, and OPTASK Link and COP messages. Qualifications * Must have 4+ years of GCCS experience and have an active TS/SCI clearance
• Expert knowledge of Joint operations and Joint C2 systems, GCCS-J, Agile Client, and Common Operational Picture (COP) / Common Tactical Picture (CTP) Management.
• Working knowledge of Collaboration Tools (SharePoint), telecommunications tools (STEs/VoIP/VTC), Tactical Data Links (Link-16, Link-11, etc.), cross domain solutions/information sharing solutions (ex., RM, CPN, and TNE)
• Ability to give presentations to senior members of U.S. and Coalition defense organizations.
• Ability to understand and analyze complex communications architectures, Cyber Security requirements / implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF), and cross-domain solutions (CDS).
• Must be able to carry and lift over 70 lbs. of conference equipment; be able to obtain an international driver's license.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture and customs; willingness to travel to AOR countries to assist with Coalition engagements.
