Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Strategy & Design Lead to shape integrated operating models across multi-function functions, aligning with strategic goals and scalable delivery. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years supporting Global Capability Center strategy, operations, transformation, or organizational initiatives inclusive of strategy, setup, and design skills for multiple functions- and end-to-end business processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), shared services, operating model transformation, or related strategic initiatives.
• Experience in 2 or more enterprise functions such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain, or other business support functions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape integrated multi-function operating models for GCC design and setup.
• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise across shared services functions including Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and other enterprise support functions.
• Design future-state service delivery models and recommend solutions aligned with target operating models and business objectives.
• Drive process standardization, operational excellence, service integration, and scalable delivery across enterprise functions.
• Travel up to 50% to enable engagement delivery across locations.
