Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a Business Development Executive with 5–6 years of experience in IT services/engineering sales focused on the GCC market. The role emphasizes identifying new business opportunities, engaging with GCC decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Location is Bengaluru, India with on-site work. The candidate should excel in building client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with delivery and pre-sales teams to craft winning solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of IT services/engineering services BD/sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the GCC ecosystem and enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities within GCCs in India.
• Generate qualified leads via networking, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events.
• Build relationships with CXOs, Engineering Heads, Delivery Leaders, Procurement, and other key stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and position IT/Engineering services effectively.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to develop winning solutions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through CRM tools.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets while expanding existing accounts.
