Job summary

Fuse is seeking an IT Administrator to support a growing team delivering testing services to DoD, USG, and commercial clients. You will own day-to-day IT administration in a Microsoft 365 GCC High environment and govern the GRC program (SSP/POA&M) for NIST SP 800-171/CMMC compliance.

You will coordinate with the MSSP for SOC monitoring, manage cross-platform endpoints, and ensure onboarding/offboarding is timely. Onsite in Albuquerque, NM with U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on admin with Microsoft 365 GCC High or GCC.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-171 controls in IT/admin and CMMC.
• Experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints in business environments.
• Proven help desk and end-user support experience.
• Ability to translate technical controls into assessor-ready language (SSP/POA&M).
• Experience organizing audit/compliance evidence.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant: identities, mailboxes, licensing, access management.
• Manage and support mixed macOS/Windows endpoints: provisioning, patching, compliance config.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and provisioning/deprovisioning of accounts.
• Coordinate with MSSP for SOC monitoring and 24/7 security data access.
• Own SSP/POA&M for NIST SP 800-171/CMMC program.
• Maintain evidence for control implementation and remediation tracking.
• Assist with scoping/boundary documentation for CUI environment.
