Job summary

Fuse Energy Technologies is seeking an IT Administrator to support our growing team and governance, risk, and compliance program in a GCC High environment. The role covers daily IT administration, end-user support, and documentation for SSP/POA&M alongside compliance tasks.

The ideal candidate will manage identity, mailboxes, licensing, and access controls while supporting macOS and Windows endpoints, patching, and configuration to meet DoD and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 GCC High or similar environments.
• Experience in IT support/help desk for end users.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 or CMMC is a plus.

About the Role

We're looking for an IT Administrator to support a growing team delivering testing services to DoD, USG, and commercial clients. This is a dual-scope role: you'll own day-to-day IT administration and help desk support within our Microsoft 365 GCC High environment, and you'll also own the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) documentation (System Security Plan (SSP), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and control-implementation evidence) that supports our NIST SP 800-171 / CMMC program.
