Job summary

GLOTECH, Inc. seeks an IT Administrator to own day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 GCC High and Azure Government, supporting two offices and a distributed remote workforce. You will enforce security controls and help align with federal cybersecurity expectations, including CMMC/NIST SP 800-171.

This part-time, W-2 role offers limited benefits; paid time off; holidays; and retirement benefits as applicable. The estimated pay range is $38.00–$40.00/hr.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen able to obtain DoD clearance.
• Experienced with Microsoft 365 / Azure in production environments (GCC High preferred).
• Proven remote endpoint management for laptops/phones and printers.
• Strong security instincts: MFA, logging, least privilege, documentation.
• Ability to support two offices plus remote users; occasional travel.
• Security+ or DoD 8140 IAT II within six months.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 GCC High and Azure Government services (Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Enforce MFA and least-privilege access; manage joiner/mover/leaver.
• Remotely manage Windows laptops via Intune/Endpoint Manager; patching and compliance.
• Manage smartphones and app-protection policies; remote wipe procedures.
• Support IP printers and print services; provide user support.
• Maintain inventory and runbooks; assist with CMMC/NIST evidence.
• Document changes and follow change control processes.
