About The Role

As a Member of Technical Staff (MTS), Growth Engineering, you’ll be building the foundation for how we scale. This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you’ll blend engineering, data, and creativity to unlock new growth channels and accelerate the adoption of our AI platform. You’ll collaborate closely with our founding team, shaping both our growth strategy and the technical systems that bring it to life. Your work will directly drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement, making this a rare opportunity to see the impact of your code in real time.

We're looking for a creative and analytical MTS, Growth Engineering to supercharge GC AI's expansion. You'll be at the intersection of engineering, data science, and marketing, building systems to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is perfect for someone who loves running experiments, automating growth channels, and using data to unlock viral adoption.As our second Growth Team Member, you'll have the freedom to experiment across multiple channels - from creating viral AI-powered content engines to building automated community engagement systems. You'll work closely with our founding team to identify, test, and scale the most impactful growth opportunities for our AI platform.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement systems for engaging potential users across platforms (Reddit, LinkedIn, legal forums).

• Build and instrument onboarding, prompts, and loops that increase activation-to-first-value and day-7 retention for legal teams
• Ship experiments across pricing, packaging, and in-product nudges that expand workspace adoption and seat expansion.
• Stand up a trustworthy growth analytics layer so every bet is hypothesis-driven and attributable.
• Help build the leading legal AI platform for in-house teams.
• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Experience in React and modern TypeScript.
• Experience building marketing-focused features (SEO, conversion funnels, analytics).
