Job summary

UNFPA is seeking a Program Support Associate for Gender/GBV in Gaza to support program development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. You will contribute to CVA interventions, ensure adherence to guidelines, and support protection and SRHR initiatives, working within UNFPA’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications include secondary education (or Bachelor’s degree) and 6 years with secondary education or 3 years with a bachelor’s in related fields.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in humanitarian program delivery.
• Experience in health, gender equality/GBV and program monitoring and evaluation is desirable.
• Experience with CVA programs for women and girls.
• Experience with UN agencies is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of GBV programs in Gaza aligning with UNFPA priorities.
• Assist in AWP preparations and quarterly reporting.
• Provide technical assistance to IPs delivering CVA interventions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen CVA use as a protection modality.
• Support distribution planning and post distribution monitoring of protection kits.
• Roll out CVA in SRHR programs following guidelines and SOPs.
