Job summary

Relief International in Gaza is seeking a Supply Chain and Operations Coordinator to strengthen procurement, asset and stock management, and transportation operations across programs. The role focuses on implementing RI procedures, ensuring transparent use of resources, and adhering to donor regulations.

You will lead procurement, fleet management, facilities, and asset control, coordinate with partners and program teams, and mentor RI staff to uphold high standards and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional certification in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience in humanitarian logistics or NGO sector preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and donor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities in Gaza, ensuring RI and donor compliance.
• Manage transport, travel and RI fleet with cost efficiency.
• Build relationships with utilities, telecoms, UN agencies and partners.
• Maintain facilities operations and office administration.
• Oversee stock and asset management with regular counts.
• Coordinate reporting and project support with program teams.
• Lead team planning, recruitment, and capacity building.
• Uphold RI values and safeguarding policies.
