Job summary

Globalstar is seeking a Gateway Quality Analyst Specialist to monitor performance, enforce compliance, and transform operational data into actionable insights. The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as JIRA, Power BI, Grafana, and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration)
• 2–4 years of experience in a quality analyst, operations compliance coordinator, or similar role
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in JIRA and Power BI to track KPIs and team performance
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend data-driven improvements
• Monitor Moodle training completion and quality assurance processes
• Create and maintain standardization documents and procedures
• Serve as a power user for operational platforms (JIRA, Moodle, PagerDuty, Power BI, Grafana, NetSuite)
