This position is responsible for performing gate operation and access control duties to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees, protect assets, and maintain access control to the resort property. It requires an approachable, friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and polished demeanor with a guest-focused mindset. The role involves multi-tasking, including answering phones, greeting vehicles, and managing walk-up traffic.

Essential Duties and Tasks:

• Greet guests warmly, offer advice, and provide guidance regarding the resort. Ensure all guests (owners, overnight, recreational, or business) receive directions to their destinations. Work closely with the front office team to confirm reservations.
• Identify and engage suspicious persons attempting to access the property under false pretenses and verify their purpose for being on the property.
• Greet employees arriving for work by confirming they possess their active OLCC Employee ID Card.
• Greet incoming warehouse deliveries, confirm vendors, and provide directions to drivers.
• Coordinate with security officers during emergencies to ensure emergency vehicles receive timely directions.

Education and/or Experience:

• Strong customer service background.
• Two years of hotel or retail experience with high customer contact preferred.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary for effective department operation.
