Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn RF Unit, tablet, or other technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide smooth traffic flow in and out of the gate area by delivering efficient and accurate customer service.
• Ensure the facility is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Verify customer purchases by reviewing receipts and loading slips; direct customers to merchandise for proper loading.
• Communicate all incoming customers to Warehouse team members for timely interactions.
• Verify accuracy of loading using RF unit and physical counts; coordinate with Customer Service and hold slips as needed.
• Inform customers of potential safety concerns regarding loads; assist with assembly as needed.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
