This role offers a steady 5:30am–3:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work, and a pay rate of $19 per hour. Prior logistics or dispatch experience is a plus, and you will coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to keep shipments moving.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and data entry software.
• Able to communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and management.
• Available to work the required shift schedule, including some weekends.
• Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or gate clerk roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in drivers, visitors, and contractors to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Verifying bills of lading, delivery paperwork, and driver credentials for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensuring all drivers meet safety requirements before entering the facility.
• Recording truck movements and entering shipment details into company software.
• Coordinating with dispatch, warehouse staff, and operations to manage schedules and arrivals.
