Universal Logistics is seeking a reliable Gate Clerk to manage driver and trailer activity at the Romulus facility. You will check drivers in and out, verify information, and support yard operations during a fast-paced shift.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with paid time off for eligible employees. Shifts include 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and overnight options, with opportunities for additional shifts based on needs.

Competenze

• Gate Clerk experience in logistics preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn Yard Management System (YMS).
• Reliable with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Check drivers in and out using the Yard Management System (YMS).
• Verify and maintain accurate driver, trailer, and shipment information.
• Communicate trailer movements and assignments with drivers and operations.
• Assist with paperwork and follow gate security procedures.
