Per Mar Security Services is seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team in the Midwest. The role involves guarding and monitoring the facility, performing access control at the back lot, and ensuring orders and vehicles are checked for accuracy.

We offer competitive pay with M-F at $18.50/hour and Sat-Sun at $19.50/hour, along with benefits such as medical, life, dental and vision insurance, plus a 401K/403b plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State Security Officer License.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Technical training or college education in related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a security officer preferred.
• Attendance / Punctuality are a must.

Responsibilities

• Attend gate and provide access control for customers entering/exiting the back lot.
• Check accuracy of orders picked up as customers leave the facility.
• Thoroughly examine vehicles entering the premises and note items inside.
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Twice per shift, walk the yard and report suspicious activities or criminal acts.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
