Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Connecticut is seeking an RN to provide skilled nursing care to patients across clinical settings under provider direction.

The nurse will use the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient health status, with reporting to a Practice Manager.
