Digestive & Liver Disease Consultants, P.A. in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Business Office & Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee administrative, operational, HR, and revenue cycle functions of the gastroenterology practice.

The role partners with physicians and leadership to drive efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional patient service; requires extensive healthcare management experience and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of healthcare business office and revenue cycle management experience.
• Leadership experience managing business office operations and staff.
• Experience in Gastroenterology and ASC billing is a plus.
• Experience with eCW PM/EMR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payer billing and denials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business office operations and administrative departments.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll, HR records, and HR functions.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, CMS compliance.
• Improve office policies and workflows.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for leadership.
• Oversee revenue cycle including charge capture, submissions, AR, and collections.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve performance.
