Gastroenterologist | Northern New Jersey | 30 Minutes from NYC

An established, physician-led GI practice in Northern New Jersey is looking for its eighth gastroenterologist. You'll join 7 physicians and 4 APPs in a collaborative group built on strong referral relationships, solid clinical support, and convenient access to modern ASCs. Whether you're just finishing fellowship or have years of experience, this is a practice with the infrastructure and team culture to help you build a successful, long-term career close to the energy of New York City.

Practice Details:

• Join a collegial GI team of 7 physicians and 4 APPs with robust clinical support
• Primarily general GI with opportunity to develop a focus in gastric disorders
• Endoscopic procedures performed at two ASCs, including one on-site; clinic averages 15 patients per day with 5-7 new visits
• Call is shared evenly at approximately 1:7; the inpatient hospital is 10-12 minutes away

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $475,000-$550,000 with RVU productivity upside beginning day one
• Sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, and retention bonus included
• Up to 30 days PTO, CME stipend, malpractice with tail, and 401(k) with immediate vesting
