Job summary

Skagit Regional Health is seeking a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our inpatient program at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon, WA. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a hospital-employed position with EPIC EMR.

You will work with a collegial team of five physicians, manage a dynamic inpatient population with complex GI conditions, and participate in daytime calls. No evening or weekend call.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies
• 2-4 years of experience required
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain before start
• Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment

Highlights

• Join a collegial team of five (5) physicians in a new role to provide additional support in the inpatient setting.
• This is a full time position with a Monday-Friday schedule. Cover one facility, Skagit Valley Hospital, located in Mount Vernon.
• Provider would help support a dynamic inpatient patient population with a variety of complex gastroenterological conditions and be responsible for helping with daytime phone calls for our inpatient program. No evening or weekend call required.
• This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house primary and specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization!

Qualifications

• Master s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
• 2-4 years of experience is required.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
• Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary Range: $128,325 - $144,673 DOE
