Gastroenterology Job Opening in Sarasota, FL

Location: Sarasota is a coastal city approximately 60 miles from Tampa, serving a 420,000-person area.

Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent role in general gastroenterology; EUS/ERCP skills welcome
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Seeking immediate fill (within 3-9 months)
• Replacing departing physician
• Call frequency: 1:6

Compensation & Benefits:

• Employed position with a 2-year contract, leading to partnership upon successful completion
• Base salary of $350,000 with potential productivity bonuses of $50,000-$100,000
• Third-year compensation potential: $500,000-$650,000
• Malpractice insurance: Claims-made policy; physician responsible for tail coverage if leaving
• Vacations: 3 weeks plus 1 week CME
• Health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, up to $2,500 CME costs covered annually
• Relocation allowance: $7,500
