• Projected team: 3 General GIs, 1 Advanced GI, 1 GI Hospitalist, 4 APPs, 8 MAs, and full office staff
• 4-day work week: 3.5 days performing procedures, 0.5 day for clinic
• Target of 48-64 procedures per week, depending on comfort level
