2. Hospital-employed position at a 192-bed not-for-profit hospital
3. Call schedule of 1:5 (low census)
4. Join a team of 4 GI physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner
5. Rounding on weekends and responding to emergencies
6. Manage your own patients during weekday rounds and see additional patients on weekends during call
7. Base salary guarantee with incentive package
