1. Hospital-employed position
2. Join a solo practitioner + NP practice
3. Potential to expand to 3-5 physicians in the practice
4. Ability to ramp up quickly
5. Current physician earning maximum bonus
6. CME: 5 days, $5,000
7. PTO: 224 hours annually

12. 6 endoscopy rooms
13. NP handles inpatient rounding, H&P; MD rounds later in the day
