Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for inpatient coverage in North Carolina. The candidate must be Board Certified in Gastroenterology, ACLS, and BLS, and hold a North Carolina license or be eligible via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. Credentialing is typically 60–90 days.

Start date ASAP. Schedule: 1 week per month, Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m., plus one weekend of call per month (Friday 4:30 p.m.–Monday 7:30 a.m.). Epic is the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• ACLS and BLS.
• NC license or IMLC eligibility.
• Epic EMR experience.
• Credentialing 60–90 days.
• Inpatient gastroenterology experience.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient consultations and procedures for gastroenterology.
• Coordinate care within inpatient setting.
• Work with Epic EMR for documentation.
