Job Title: Permanent Physician - Gastroenterology in Columbus, OH

Join a thriving Gastroenterology practice located just 15 minutes from downtown Columbus, Ohio. This facility provides a beautiful, healing environment and is dedicated to offering quality care to a growing patient network. The practice features a blend of outpatient office, endoscopy services, and inpatient coverage, making it a fantastic opportunity for both experienced practitioners and recent GI fellows looking to grow their careers.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Practice exclusively on one hospital campus.
2. Engage in a combination of outpatient office, endoscopy, and inpatient care.
3. Utilize a large, established referral base within the medical group, ACO, and community partners.
4. Provide consultative hospital services.
5. Collaborate with dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APP).
6. Work within a supportive and team-oriented environment.
7. Use EMR - EPIC for patient management.
8. Participate in a call rotation of 1:4.
9. Advanced Endoscopy training is preferred.
10. This is a full-time, permanent position, with residency in the immediate local area required.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine - Preferred.
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 1-5 years of eligibility and with plans to test) in Gastroenterology - Required.
• Valid Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain) - Required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications - Required.
• 3-5 years of outpatient Gastroenterology work experience (not including training) - Preferred.
• Note that visa support is not available for this position.
