ATTRACTIVE GASTROENTEROLOGY POSITIONS - NEAR COLUMBUS & DAYTON, OH

Looking for TWO fully motivated Gastroenterologists. ERCP and EUS skills are preferred, but not mandatory.

Competitive Compensation, SINGLE SPECIALTY Group, Beautiful Ohio location, 45 min from Columbus. Live in Dayton or Columbus.

A premier Gastroenterology practice with a freestanding ambulatory surgery center is seeking 2 full-time Gastroenterologists. This medium-sized practice offers a large practice feel with great clinical satisfaction in a pleasant community within a short drive of Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, and regional attractions.

Physician-Driven Practice:

1. Collaborate with 1 full-time and 2 part-time gastroenterologists, supported by 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
2. Advanced Nurse Practitioners assist with hospital rounds and office follow-ups.
3. Premier, established practice with an established referral base.
4. 1:5 call at local hospital.
5. 100% Physician-owned and operated ambulatory surgery center.
6. 100% MAC anesthesia.
7. Onsite infusion center.
8. Onsite clinical research.
9. Office-owned pathology laboratory.
10. Comprehensive gastroenterology procedures including Video Capsule Endoscopy, Fibroscan, Anal Manometry, Bravo pH Study, and Smart Pill.
11. GMed EHR in office and ASC.
12. Highly motivated and helpful staff.
13. Work 4.5 days a week.

Market:

1. Two hospitals with on-call responsibilities at one hospital (1:5). Call for the second hospital is optional.
2. Robust outpatient Endoscopy program in our Surgery Center.
3. Patient catchment area of approximately 200,000.
4. Strong multi-specialty support.
5. ERCP and EUS skills are appreciated but not mandatory.

Compensation Package:

1. 2-year guarantee, followed by partnership; early partnership options available after 1 year.
2. Productivity incentives.

5. Year 1: 5 weeks PTO and CME; Year 2: 6 weeks PTO and CME.
