• Locum tenens with start date 10/5/2026; schedule Mon-Fri 8a-5p; outpatient clinic; Epic EMR; credentialing 45-60 days.

Responsibilities

• Cover gastroenterology clinic as locum tenens.
• Follow clinic schedule Mon-Fri 8a-5p.
• Maintain Epic EMR documentation.
• Coordinate credentialing timeline and start date.
