Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital is seeking a motivated Gastroenterologist for a PRN inpatient role in Baltimore. You will join an established team with access to advanced endoscopy and robust hospital resources within Ascension's network.

The position offers flexible scheduling, mainly inpatient coverage, and on-call responsibilities with a focus on high-quality patient care. Maryland licensure and GI board status are required or anticipated.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Maryland Medical Board credentialing required prior to hire date.
• Advanced Life Support required or preferred; AHA/Red Cross accepted.
• MD/DO degree required and board-eligible or board-certified in GI.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient gastroenterology coverage within our team; work with 2 physicians and 1 APP.
• Take mainly in-hospital call; occasional home call with rapid response to emergencies.
• Utilize advanced endoscopy equipment as part of a large Ascension network.

What minimum qualifications you'll need
