Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience with 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong planning skills and understanding of Patient and Family Centered Care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Director in leading the patient care team in the Perioperative Setting.
• Ensure staffing is adequate per shift and monitor for competency.
• Oversee documentation, policy adherence, and quality standards.
• Attend designated meetings and support staff development.
