Job summary

Private Company is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant to join a Gastroenterology practice on a full-time basis in California. The PA will support a busy GI practice across multiple hospital affiliations, working under physician supervision.

Core hours are 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential holidays, weekends, and evenings for patient care. The role includes active hospital privileges at White Memorial Medical Center, Beverly Hospital, Monterey Park Hospital, and East Los Angeles

Qualifications

• Active California PA license required.
• NCCPA certification mandatory and current.
• Active NPI number for billing.
• Active DEA registration in California.
• Board eligibility or certification required; renewal as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional medical services within GI scope under physician supervision.
• Deliver patient care and related clinical duties; document care and billing accurately.
• Provide consults to requesting physicians and coordinate with hospital staff.
• Maintain hospital staff privileges at designated facilities and comply with payor contracts.
