Banner University Medical Group Phoenix seeks a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient GI team, splitting time between Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix and Banner Health Center plus Arcadia Clinic. The role focuses on clinical excellence in a busy, autonomous clinic with a collaborative team.

Outpatient schedule Monday–Friday 8a–5p, no weekend call; opportunities for GI research and on-site imaging.

Qualifications

• NP experience in Gastroenterology preferred; new grads welcome.
• Prescribing privileges with a DEA license for controlled substances.
• Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Clinic outpatient position - Monday through Friday; 8a to 5p; no weekend call.
• Work in autonomous clinic environment with a collaborative team.
• Use up-to-date evidence-based plan of care and adjust as needed.
• Attend departmental/divisional meetings; GI clinical research opportunities exist.
