Banner University Medical Group in Phoenix and Arcadia Clinic is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our Gastroenterology team. The position spans clinics at Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix and Banner Health Center Arcadia, focusing on outpatient GI care with state-of-the-art endoscopy and a collaborative team.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00–17:00), no weekend call, autonomy with support, and opportunities to participate in GI clinical research within a dynamic

Qualifications

• NP experience in Gastroenterology preferred, however new grads are welcome.
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances
• Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS

Responsibilities

• Clinic outpatient position - Monday through Friday; 8a to 5p with no weekend call.
• Autonomous clinic environment with collaborative and supportive team.
• Utilizes up-to-date evidence-based practice for plan of care and adjust as patient needs change.
• Involvement with GI clinical research opportunities exist.
• Attend departmental/divisional meetings as appropriate.
• Engage with on-site imaging, labs, pharmacy and multiple GI subspecialties.
