Job summary

Banner University Medical Group in Phoenix and Arcadia is seeking a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to join a busy outpatient GI team. The role shares responsibilities between Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix and Banner Health Center plus Arcadia, with access to an on-site endoscopy center and advanced imaging.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no weekend call, in a collaborative and autonomous clinic setting that emphasizes current evidence-based practice

Qualifications

• NP experience in Gastroenterology preferred; new grads welcome.
• DEA license for controlled substances required.
• Arizona Nurse Practitioner license required.
• CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Clinic outpatient position, Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, no weekend call.
• Autonomous clinic environment with collaborative and supportive team.
• Apply evidence-based practice and adapt plans to patient needs; participate in department meetings and GI research opportunities.
