Job summary

The Specialty Alliance, in partnership with San Antonio Gastroenterology Associates (SAGA) and GI Alliance, seeks a Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in San Antonio, TX. This outpatient role offers flexible scheduling under physician supervision in a focused private practice setting.

Qualified candidates are licensed NP or PA in Texas with GI experience. The position is dedicated to one physician, with no inpatient or on-call duties, and requires active credentialing and ongoing

Qualifications

• TX license as NP or PA.
• Experience working as NP or PA in a clinical setting.
• GI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled patient services under physician supervision in a clinic.
• Complete patient histories and physicals.
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order laboratory tests as needed.
• Counsel patient and family on health and disease.
• Remain credentialed and up to date with required training.
• Work a flexible schedule as dictated by business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Outpatient only and dedicated to one physician.
• No call and no inpatient duties.
