Atrium Health Navicent Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join an outpatient Gastroenterology practice in Georgia. The NP will facilitate administrative and clinical activities under the supervision of the sponsoring physician, collaborating with other providers to deliver continuous patient care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Nursing and active RN and APRN licenses in Georgia, with 40 hours per week of full-time work.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master Degree in Nursing.
• Must maintain a current RN and APRN license to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Must demonstrate competence and accuracy; CEUs required; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality clinical care to patients in hospital and/or office setting per protocol.
• Complete timely Medical Record documentation and ensure accurate billing.
• Submit billing information within 48 hours of service.
• Pursue practice development through public relations and marketing for growth.
• Participate in AHNMG activities and performance improvement processes.
• Promote patient safety and take initiative in responsibilities.
