Job summary

Optum Care Delivery is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Gastroenterology team in Arlington, WA. This outpatient role focuses on comprehensive GI care within a collaborative practice.

The position offers a strong base salary with quality and production incentives, CME support, and a comprehensive benefits package. WA NP licensure, national certification, and 2+ years of independent practice are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• National NP certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Unrestricted Washington State license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Active Washington State DEA license prior to start date.
• 2+ years practicing as a fully independent nurse practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage outpatient Gastroenterology care for an established patient population.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat a broad range of GI conditions.
• Collaborate with Gastroenterologists and other NPs in a team-based model.
• Be an integrated, supported member of the care team with active clinical decision making.
• Outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibilities, procedures or call.
