Qualifikationen

• Doctorate-level degree in the field appropriate to the faculty role and department mission.
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board to practice or eligible to practice in the State of Texas.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology (certification or eligibility).
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• At least 2 years of experience as an Instructor or five years of post-degree experience with gastroenterology practice and endoscopic procedures.

• Provide clinical care including endoscopic and non-endoscopic procedures.
• Manage outpatient clinics and inpatient services.
• Promote teaching of residents, fellows and trainees within the department.
