Lee Health is proud to be named on the Forbes list of America's Best-in-State Employers for the second year in a row. This prestigious award, presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., reflects Lee Health's commitment to fostering a positive and robust workplace environment.

Lee Health received the inaugural Pinnacle of EHR Experience Award from the KLAS Arch Collaborative, recognizing efforts to enhance the electronic health record (EHR) experience for physicians. Only 10 organizations nationwide received this honor.

All Lee Health hospitals were also honored as Best Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report for providing high-quality care to the Southwest Florida community.

Additionally, Lee Health is the first healthcare system in Florida to be recognized with the Governor's Sterling Award, granted by the Sterling Council, which sets national standards for performance excellence.
