Job summary

Gastro Health in Alexandria, VA, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join a private GI practice. You will collaborate with four gastroenterologists to develop individualized treatment plans under physician supervision and participate in outpatient consults and follow-ups.

The role requires Virginia NP or PA licensure, national certification, and bilingual English/Spanish. Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with comprehensive benefits including

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license as NP or PA.
• National certification with prescriptive authority required.
• Gastroenterology experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individualized treatment plans under physician supervision.
• Engage in clinical responsibilities to support high-quality GI care.
• Conduct outpatient consults and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with a team of four gastroenterologists and support staff.

Skills

Bilingual: English and Spanish

GI experience preferred

1 year APP experience

Education

Virginia NP or PA license
