Responsibilities

• Develops an appropriate plan of care and writes patient care orders.
• Prescribes therapy and provides necessary home care orders.
• Collaborates with nursing, medicine, and other team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Leads and participates in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
