Job summary

The Veterans Health Administration, a VA clinic in Millington, TN, is recruiting a Gastroenterologist to serve as a full-time Specialty Care physician. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree from LCME/COCA-accredited school.
• For foreign graduates, confirm ECFMG eligibility.
• Appointments may be made in exceptional circumstances for high professional attainment.

Responsibilities

• Clinical practice and supervision of Gastroenterology fellows, residents and medical students.
• Provide endoscopic procedures (colonoscopy and upper endoscopy) in the VA Gastroenterology Lab.
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient care, education, and guideline-based care as directed.
