Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency.
• Completion of accredited Gastroenterology fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Eligible for or active Maine medical license.
• DEA registration.
• BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology care
• Perform endoscopic procedures: EGD, colonoscopy, biopsy, polypectomy
• Diagnose and manage GI conditions including IBD, GERD, liver disease
• Participate in a shared call schedule
