Overview

Thriving Gastroenterology Practice: Join a well-established group seeking three additional gastroenterologists as we are growing.

Collaborative Team: Work alongside seven experienced gastroenterologists and two advanced practice providers.

Strong Support System: Benefit from robust APP and fellow support, allowing 3-4 days dedicated to procedures, with flexibility for more clinic time if desired.

Call Schedule: Enjoy a manageable 1:7 call rotation.

Exceptional Facilities: OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center, the fifth-largest medical center in Illinois, is a major teaching affiliate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. It features the area’s only Level 1 Trauma Center.

Teaching Opportunities: Participate in our gastroenterology fellowship program.

Advanced EMR: Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for seamless documentation.

• Full time, clinical base salary pay range: $709,000-$766,000. Range is an estimate and may change based on factors such as experience, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives that may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications

• Physician licensed to practice medicine in the current state.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served.
